Privacy Policy — Photo & Signature
1. Photos and signatures
- Photos selected by the user, photos captured through the device camera, signatures drawn in the app, and uploaded signature images are processed locally on the device for the app's core editing features.
- The developer does not intentionally upload users' photos, signatures, or finished image files to a developer-operated server.
- Finished files are saved to device storage only when the user chooses to save them. Temporary files may remain in app cache until Android, the app, or the user clears them.
2. Sharing
The app can use Android's system sharing tools. A finished file is shared with another app or service only when the user explicitly chooses to share it. The receiving app or service handles that file under its own privacy practices.
3. Advertising and consent
Photo & Signature uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). These Google SDKs may process device identifiers, advertising information, IP address/approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and related technical data for advertising, consent, analytics, fraud prevention, and security according to Google's policies and the user's applicable consent choices.
Google privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
4. Internet and remote configuration
Internet access is used for advertising, consent services, and a small remote ad-configuration file. The remote configuration does not intentionally contain the user's photos, signatures, or personal image content.
5. Permissions and device access
- The app may use camera capture when the user chooses to take a photo.
- The app uses Android system file/photo selection where available.
- On older Android versions, legacy storage access may be used only where needed to save a finished file.
6. Data retention and deletion
The developer does not maintain a user account database or developer-hosted personal photo/signature library for this app. Users control files saved on their own device and may delete them using device file/gallery tools. App cache/data can be cleared through Android settings, and uninstalling the app removes app-local data. Data processed by Google SDKs is subject to Google's retention and deletion practices.
7. Accounts and personal information
No account or sign-in is required for the app's core features. The developer does not intentionally collect names, passwords, phone numbers, or email addresses through the photo/signature editing tools.
8. Security
The app is designed to keep core photo and signature editing on the device. Supported network communication uses HTTPS where applicable. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
Photo & Signature is a general-purpose utility and is not specifically directed to children under 13.
10. Government-related information and official sources
The app may provide helper presets for image preparation. A helper preset is not a government service, authorization, approval, or guarantee of acceptance. Requirements may change at any time. For government-related presets, users should verify the current requirement at the applicable official source:
